ProQuip has a full range of side entry agitators. Both belt drive and gear driven designs are available for demanding applications, including digesters, bulk storage, and asphalt.
Horsepower and Speed Ranges:
Small 1-10HP @ 120-420 RPM
Medium 15-30HP @ 150-500 RPM
Large 40-100HP @ 150-420 RPM
Shafts and Impellers:
Engineered for each application. Full range of impeller designs to provide excellent mixing and trouble free performance.
Bearings:
Heavy duty lubricated bearings with 50,000 hour minimum L-10 bearing lives that are easily maintained are used.
Housing Designs:
Fabricated for rigidity to provide long-term operation. Supported by guide rods or foot mounted with outboard pedestal supports
Positive Shutoff Devise:
Permits bearings and mechanical seals to be changed under full head.
Shaft Seals:
Complete range of seals available including stuffing box, single mechanical and double mechanical seals.
